UPS STANDARD SHIPPING
We ship via UPS to all addresses within the United States, except APO, FPO, and P.O. boxes. You will receive an order tracking email confirmation so you can track your order after we send out your package.
We generally ship items on the next business day, so you can expect to receive your orders within 3 to 8 business days after that. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (PST) will generally be shipped out on the next business day.
Note: Our company is not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves our warehouse.
SHIPPING TIMES
Our goal is to get orders out of our warehouse as quickly as possible because we know how important their arrival is! We guarantee that in-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 24 – 48 hours. Our shipping guarantee only applies to in-stock items and does not apply to direct-ship items. During checkout, you will be able to choose between Standard or Fast shipping methods and view their costs to determine which method is best for your order. We will make every effort to get packages out within the timeframe outlined during checkout, but sometimes packages do not arrive in a timely manner due to problems in transit. If you discover an error upon tracking your package or cannot locate a delivered package, please contact us via email, and we will do everything possible to work with UPS to remedy the situation.
UPS: Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (PST) will be shipped out on the next business day. Packages will arrive about 7 days after their ship date, excluding weekends and holidays.
WEEKENDS
Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Some exceptions may apply during the holiday season.
OVERSIZED and HEAVY ITEM SURCHARGES
Unusually large and heavy items that are oversized and overweight will be shipped in their original boxes and may incur additional shipping charges. An additional shipping charge will be added to your shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you are a customer from another country, please add $25.00 to the standard shipping charge. Shipping will take longer than within the US, so please wait for delivery with patience.
DIRECT SHIP ITEMS
In most cases, items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer require additional time for delivery. Please allow 2 – 3 days for processing and another 3 – 10 business days for the items to ship. Direct-ship items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the manufacturer. When your item(s) is shipped, we will notify you of the shipping method and provide you with the tracking number in an email so you can track the order. Direct-ship items are not shipped from our warehouse, so we are unable to gift-wrap these items.
We ship packages via a shipping company. Once the package is sent out, we cannot guarantee shipping dates. We hope you understand, as it is out of our control. We will follow the package status until it arrives at your place. If there is any delay, please contact us directly. We will do our best to provide help.
