If there is no quality problem with the product, we recommend not returning it as much as possible, because the cost of international logistics and transportation is very high. If you do not have a cooperative logistics company, you will have to pay expensive express fees. And there is a risk that the package shipped back will be lost. Please think twice before returning an item.

If at any time within the next 7 days you are not 100% satisfied, you may send your purchase back for a refund (minus the shipping cost you paid), or you may exchange it for another item that is more to your liking.

Errors and Defects

In the unlikely event that we’ve made an error with your order or a product is defective, please email us in a timely manner so that we can rectify the situation! In cases of defective merchandise, we may have a replacement shipped directly from the manufacturer, so it’s important that you contact us first before returning it. We will decide with you whether to issue a refund or resend the item.

Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges

We regret that we cannot refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange. If merchandise is returned in “100% new” condition within 7 days of purchase, a credit (minus the shipping cost you paid) will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item(s), or you can choose to receive a store credit. If merchandise is opened and/or unable to be resold, a store credit will be issued in the form of our store Gift Card.

All returns & exchanges MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our store. If you return items without our permission, we will not cover all the losses.
